Hi, I’m Mike

Yoga enriched my life & helped me create space for myself & my family!

I first found yoga in 2006 and the physicality of the practice caught my interest right away! Based in Bay of Plenty, Mount Maunganui, I practiced in a hot room for 10 years doing Bikram. I was then introduced to other forms, Vinyasa and Yin. The benefits to my health and wellbeing all improved, also recovery from a lower back operation. 
My passion led me to do my teacher training. 23rd  February 2020, I completed 200hr with Dylan Ayaloo training academy.
 My intention as a professional Yoga Instructor is to help students listen to their inner selves and find the courage to step out of old patterns to start living & enjoying life the life you always wanted!.
